The Commercial Mortgage Production team
directly originates mortgage loans on commercial
properties for the various Pacific Life accounts through
five regional offices located across the country.
Mortgage loans are available throughout the United
States and Canada. The Company offers competitive fixed
and adjustable rate financing programs on seasoned
properties as well as very competitive
construction financing for selected property types.
Pacific Life has extensive experience lending on all types of
commercial properties, but specializes in the
high-end hotel and apartment sectors. In addition, the Company has become a
leading investor in high end, daily fee golf courses.
