directly originates mortgage loans on commercial
properties for the various Pacific Life accounts through three regional offices located across the country.
Mortgage loans are available throughout the United
States and Canada. The Company offers competitive fixed
and adjustable rate financing programs on seasoned
properties as well as very competitive
construction financing for selected property types.
Pacific Life has extensive experience lending on all types of
commercial properties, but specializes in structured loans on portfolios of best-in-class commercial real
estate assets, with an emphasis on office and industrial properties, regional malls,
high-end hotels and apartments.
